Hi my name is Eamonn and you are welcome to my website. By way of introduction, some people have described me as funny, enigmatic, intelligent, wild, charismatic, empathetic and just a great all round kind of person. Others have described me a loud mouthed, opinionated bollix!
Whichever camp you fall into I genuinely hope that you enjoy reading the site and would really appreciate if you would take a few minutes to comment on the different articles. The Blog is a collection of my views on just about any subject but in particular politics and social comment. Sometimes controversial but always I hope, entertaining and food for thought.
Many of the posts here show a level of deep frustration felt by me and many others that there is no way to turn the country around. Not so. I am extremely confident and upbeat about the potential of our Country but the question is, how long are we going to wait for ’somebody’ to do something about it ? It is up to us all to change things and the very first thing you can do is to inform yourself of what is actually going on. Remember that an ignorant, uninformed and fearful person is far easier to manipulate. Don’t leave it to others to start to effect real change in our Country. It is up to you to play your part in building a better and fairer society, and you can !
