Open Letter to TSC #1 – 20th March 2018

WRITTEN SUBMISSION

Concerning the Conduct & Contempt of Parliament by Sir Howard Davies, Chairman & Mr Ross McEwan, CEO of RBS re GRG

Neil Mitchell along with Mark Bannister have today made a formal written submission to the Treasury Select Committee which will be one of a series of further actions to be taken following the leaked publication of the S166 Report.
– It is a disgrace that individuals acting in the Public Interest for Victims of RBS / Ulster Bank GRG misconduct should have to undertake such research and make such submissions to Parliament as the authorities such as the Treasury Select Committee, FCA and HM Treasury (as a majority shareholder through UKFI) seem to be taking no Enforcement Action against RBS.
